What is it?

A 6-month commitment that includes an on-boarding call, 2 assessments with 30 minute one-on-one follow-up calls, monthly 90-minute virtual trainings with peer-to-peer conversation, and a final 1-hour one-on-one meeting with leadership report. Training topics: Communication, Goal Setting, Time Management, Emotional Intelligence, Thriving in the Workplace, Conflict Management
